About Laura Reigle
Laura and her husband Darryl have lived in Lemont for 15 years. Laura also lived in the Village for 5 years as a young child, and her fond memories of growing up here made it an easy decision to raise her family here. Laura and Darryl have 3 children.Two currently are attending 113A.
Darryl Reigle works for Argonne National Laboratory as a Network/Systems Administrator, and Laura herself worked there for 7 years as a Senior Technician, until leaving in 2000 to raise her children. While at Argonne Laura served as President of the Argonne Club, an employee organization.
Laura’s oldest daughter Nicole attended both 113A schools and Lemont High School and will graduate this May from Illinois Institute of Technology with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering. Her other two children are both students in District 113A grade schools.
This tight-knit family enjoys many hobbies, but quality time with each other tops the list. Laura is a den leader for Boy Scout Den 9 Faithful Falcons and president of The Pleasantdale Voluntary Civic Association her neighborhood association.
While some may be familiar with her attendance at all school board and committee meetings, many aren’t aware that Laura volunteers countless hours every week to help teachers and the children at our schools.
